Sales Dashboard User Guide¶
This guide provides an overview of the Sales Dashboard and how to interpret the key performance indicators (KPIs) to manage your daily sales operations.
1. Dashboard Overview¶
The Sales Dashboard is your command center. It provides a real-time snapshot of your individual performance and pending tasks.
2. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)¶
2.1 My Sales This Month¶
This card shows the total value of all sales orders you have successfully closed since the start of the current month. It is your primary metric for tracking toward your monthly target.
2.2 My Open Orders¶
Indicates the number of sales orders that have been confirmed but are still awaiting fulfillment (delivery) or final billing. Keeping this number low ensures a fast turnaround for your customers.
2.3 Pending Invoices¶
Displays the count of invoices that are generated but not yet settled or printed. A high number here may indicate a backlog in the billing or collection process.
2.4 My Commission Summary¶
A real-time snapshot of your upcoming earnings: * This Month: Commissions earned in the current period. * Pending: Earnings waiting for final accounting approval. * YTD Total: Your cumulative performance for the year.
3. Quick Actions¶
Located at the bottom of the dashboard, these buttons provide fast access to common tasks: * New Sales Order: Starts the creation process for a new deal. * Request Delivery: Links to orders that are ready to be dispatched to customers. * My Commissions: Opens the detailed historical view of your earnings.
4. Usage Tips¶
- Refresh Strategy: The dashboard updates automatically when you navigate back to it. Check it first thing in the morning to prioritize your "Open Orders."
- Mobile View: The dashboard is responsive; you can check your "Sales This Month" on the go via your mobile browser.
