MERP25 User Guide: Monitoring Center (Communication Hub)¶
The Monitoring Center is the central dashboard for all business communication and automated system activities. It provides a high-level summary of your messaging performance and acts as a launcher for specialized audit and configuration tools.
1. Dashboard Overview¶
When you open the Communication Hub, you are presented with 6 real-time monitoring cards. Each card represents a critical pillar of your company's communication ecosystem.
Key Metrics¶
- Live AI Sessions: The total number of active or archived AI Assistant conversations.
- Alert Notifications: The count of pending system-wide alerts and success messages.
- Pending Broadcasts: Announcements sent to the entire company or specific groups.
2. Navigating the Hub (Drill-Down)¶
The Hub is designed for "Drill-Down" visibility. Clicking any card takes you to a dedicated page for in-depth auditing: - AI Conversation Audit: Review natural language interactions between staff and the system. - Notification History: Audit automated system messages (e.g., invoice approvals, low stock alerts). - Broadcast History: Track manual admin announcements sent to the team. - Transactional Email Logs: Verify if documents (Invoices, POs) were successfully delivered to customers. - WhatsApp Hub: Manage your instant messaging integration.
3. Communication Control¶
The Hub ensures that no message is lost. Whether it's an automated email or an AI chatbot session, the Monitoring Center provides the transparency needed to maintain a professional standard of business communication.
[!TIP] Uniform Navigation: Look for the Back Arrow (
ArrowLeft) in the top-left corner of any sub-page to instantly return to the Monitoring Center.
