MERP25 User Guide: AI Conversation Audit

The AI Conversation Audit module allows you to manage the full lifecycle of your interactions with the MERP25 AI Assistant. Every time you chat with the AI, the session is saved here for future reference or continuation.


1. Finding Past sessions

The main list displays your conversations in reverse chronological order (newest first). - Search: Use the search bar to find sessions by their summary or keywords. - Visual Identity: Each session displays an automated summary (e.g., "Checking Inventory for Dubai") to help you find the right context quickly. - Metadata: You can see which channel the session originated from (Web, Dashboard, or WhatsApp).


2. Resuming a Conversation

One of the most powerful features of the AI Office is the ability to resume a session exactly where you left off. 1. Find the desired session in the list. 2. Click the "Resume" button. 3. The system will transition you to the AI Assistant page and load the full history of that specific conversation. The AI will remember the documents you uploaded and the topics you discussed.


3. Managing History

To keep your audit trail clean, you can remove sessions that are no longer useful. 1. Locate the conversation card. 2. Click the Trash icon. 3. Warning: Deleting a session is permanent and also removes all associated logs and AI memory for that specific conversation.


[!NOTE] Privacy First: You can only see and resume your own AI conversations unless you have the "System Administrator" role, which allows for cross-user auditing.
