Super Admin (SaaS Host) Guide

The Super Admin portal is the command center for the entire ebosAi platform. It is strictly reserved for the SaaS Host (Mani Holdings) to monitor and manage the multi-tenant environment.

🏢 Tenant Management

The Tenant Directory is your primary tool for managing business accounts: - Administrative Impersonation: Click the "Login as Admin" icon to securely access a tenant's portal. This is used for support and troubleshooting. Note: This action is permanent and recorded in the global audit trail. - Data Initialization & Reset: - Seed Test Data: Load a fresh set of sample transactions for a new client to demonstrate platform capabilities. - Reset Data: Wipe all transactions (CRM, Sales, Accounting) for a tenant to clear their environment for production. - Health Monitoring: View real-time database latency (ms) and storage usage (MB) per tenant. - Account Deletion: Permanently delete a company and all its data. This requires typing the exact company name as a safety confirmation.

💳 Subscription & Billing

  • Plan Configuration: Define the features and limits for Free, Pro, and Premium tiers.
  • Gateway Management: Configure the regional payment gateways (Stripe, local banks) used for customer billing.
  • Manual Overrides: Grant specific tenants trial extensions or custom pricing plans.

🕵️ Global Audit Trail

The Global Audit Trail provides infrastructure-level visibility: - Cross-Tenant Visibility: Track high-level events (Logins, Settings changes) across all companies. - Security Monitoring: Identify and respond to potential brute-force or data-leakage attempts at the platform level.

📢 Global Broadcasts

Communicate with the entire user base instantly via the Broadcast Tool: - Alert Levels: Send Information, Warning, or Critical alerts. - Maintenance: Notify all active users before performing system updates. - Visibility: Messages appear as an overlay/banner for all logged-in users regardless of their tenant.

Operational Warning: Actions taken in the Super Admin portal have global consequences. Ensure all changes are vetted according to the platform's change management policy.
