👤 User Registration & Admin Role

When you register a new company on ebosAi Hub, you automatically become the Company Admin. - User Invitations: You are responsible for inviting your team members to the platform. - Role Assignment: You must assign appropriate roles (Sales, Accountant, HR Manager, Storekeeper, POS User, etc.) to your users to control their access. - Subscription Management: Only you can upgrade your plan or manage billing settings.

🚀 The Registration Wizard

The system uses a multi-step Registration Wizard to capture essential business and billing context:

  1. Subscription Selection: Choose a billing frequency (Monthly, Yearly, or One-Time perpetual) and pick your plan (Standard, Professional, or Premium).
  2. Standard Plan Gating: If the Standard plan is priced at $0, selecting it automatically locks the billing frequency to One-Time (labeled "Free", never expires) and bypasses card entry/payment setup. If Standard is priced > $0, it functions like standard paid plans.
  3. One-Time Perpetual: Selecting the One-Time payment option for any tier unlocks lifetime access with no renewal fees and no expiration date.
  4. Account Details: Create your system login credentials (Email, Password), full name, job title, and operational country.
  5. Company Profile: Enter your company's legal name, size, industry vertical (Trading, Services, or Manufacturing), and UAE Tax Registration Number (TRN).
  6. Industry-tailored config: Choosing an industry automatically applies a pre-configured Chart of Accounts and Workflow Settings optimized for your sector.
  7. Payment Setup: For paid billing configurations (Monthly, Yearly, or One-Time), setup secure card billing via Stripe or review manual Bank Transfer instructions.

🏠 The Quick Start Dashboard

Your landing page is the Quick Start Dashboard (QuickStartDashboard.tsx). It uses a 3-tab progressive workflow to guide you from setup to full operations:

Tab 1: Onboarding Implementation

Complete your foundational setup tasks — accessible to admin and manager roles: - Invite Team: Add users and assign roles (/admin/user-management) - Company Profile: Set up company details and logo (/admin/company) - System Settings (Manager Controls): Configure global system behaviors (/manager) - Localization: Set language, timezones, and date formats (/admin/localization) - Subscription: Manage your plan and billing (/admin/subscription)

[!TIP] Click "Mark Onboarding Completed" at the bottom of Tab 1 once you are done. The system will automatically skip this tab on your next login and advance to Tab 2.

Tab 2: Get Started / Setup Tasks

Configure your core master data before going live: - Practice with Test Data: Run the data seeder with sample transactions (/import-data) - Go Live: Clean data and prepare for production (/import-data) - Employees Master, Customers Master, Vendors Master: Core partner registries - Products Master: Item catalog and pricing (/inventory/products) - Chart of Accounts: Financial structure setup (/accounting/accounts) - Warehouses and Currencies: Multi-location and multi-currency configuration

🔒 Access Control on Quick Action Cards

Every card on the dashboard respects two layers of access control: 1. Role Access: Cards are grayed out with a 🔒 lock icon if your role does not have permission. 2. Module Access (Subscription): Cards requiring a module not in your current plan will trigger an upgrade prompt.

Locked cards can be identified by reduced opacity and the lock icon. Clicking them shows an error or upgrade prompt — you are never silently redirected.

Your sidebar menu adapts to your specific setup: 1. Subscription License: If a module (like HRMS or POS) is not included in your current plan, it will not appear in the sidebar. 2. Access Rights (RBAC): Even if your company has a license, you will only see menus and pages that your assigned role is permitted to access.

🤖 AI Guidance

After login, the AI Assistant (/ai-office) is available to help you navigate and analyze data: - Ask questions like "Who are my top customers this month?" or "What is my pending stock?" - The AI Assistant is accessible to all roles (Admin, Manager, Salesman, Accountant, Storekeeper).
