Welcome to the AI Assistant. This is your direct conversational link to MERP25's intelligence, powered by advanced neural engines. The AI Assistant helps you analyze data, summarize complex information, and navigate your ERP through natural language.

1. Capabilities & Use Cases

The AI Assistant acts as a virtual workforce member. You can interact with it to: - Financial Analysis: Ask "Who are my top 5 customers this month?" or "What is my current total of pending supplier invoices?" - Operations Support: Ask "Is there any stock for Product X in the Dubai warehouse?" - CRM Intelligence: Ask "Give me a summary of my latest leads from the pipeline" or "What was the last interaction with Customer Y?" - Policy Inquiries: If your company has uploaded manuals to the Knowledge Base, ask "What is our company policy on employee offboarding?"

2. Managing Conversations

Interaction History

Your conversations are preserved for continuity and auditing. To access past sessions: 1. Click the History icon in the AI Assistant header. 2. Browse your past sessions, which are automatically summarized and dated. 3. Click "Resume" to reload that specific conversation's context.

Context Awareness

The AI Assistant is "context-aware," meaning it remembers the earlier parts of your current conversation. You can ask follow-up questions like "And what about last month?" after asking for this month's data.

3. Data Privacy & Security

  • Strict Isolation: Your chat history is completely isolated to your company. The AI never "learns" from your private data to help other users outside your organization.
  • Role-Based Access: Only authorized roles (Admin, Manager, Accountant, etc.) can access the AI Assistant. Sensitive financial data is only shared if your role has the appropriate permissions.

4. Realistic Expectations & Usage Tips

To get the best results from your AI Assistant: - Be Specific: Instead of "Show me sales," try "Show me confirmed sales orders for January 2026." - Verify Context: The AI uses the documents provided in your Knowledge Base. Ensure your company documents are up to date for the most accurate answers.
