MERP25 User Guide: WhatsApp Hub¶
The WhatsApp Hub is your central command for managing instant messaging communication with your customers and staff. It integrates directly with the WhatsApp Business API to provide professional, scalable messaging from within your ERP.
1. The WhatsApp Dashboard¶
When you enter the WhatsApp Hub, you'll see your messaging performance at a glance: - Total Messages: Number of messages sent and received in the current period. - Active Conversations: Number of open support or sales threads. - Account Status: Real-time health of your WhatsApp configuration (Connected/Disconnected).
2. Key Features¶
From the Hub, you can access specialized tools for managing your messaging ecosystem: - Messaging History: A complete log of all 1:1 and automated WhatsApp messages. - Campaign Monitoring: Track the delivery and read-rates of your business templates. - Contact Sync: Manage which of your customer contacts are verified for WhatsApp messaging.
3. Best Practices¶
- Opt-in Only: Ensure customers have opted in to receive messages to maintain your account health.
- Professional Templates: Use pre-approved templates for outgoing business messages to ensure high delivery rates.
- Real-time Monitoring: Check the Hub daily to ensure your account status is "Healthy" and that all customer inquiries are being addressed.
