Company Admin Guide: Managing Your Subscription

Welcome to the ebosAi Affiliate Marketing Platform (AMP). This guide explains how your product subscription connects with the central ebosAi Marketplace.

1. Automated Onboarding

You do not need to manually create an account or configure complex settings to start using AMP.

When your company subscribes to the AMP product via the ebosAi Marketplace, your account is automatically provisioned. The marketplace communicates securely with our platform to set up your environment instantly.

2. Accessing the Platform

Access to the AMP admin dashboard is managed entirely through the central ebosAi App Deck.

1. Log into your primary ebosAi portal.
2. Navigate to the App Deck.
3. Click on the Affiliate Marketing Platform icon.
4. You will be seamlessly authenticated and redirected to your AMP dashboard.

Note: For security reasons, direct login via username/password is restricted to fallback scenarios. Always use the central App Deck.

3. Subscription Plans & Features

Your access to features within AMP is dictated by the subscription plan you selected in the marketplace (e.g., Starter, Standard, Enterprise).

If you wish to unlock additional features—such as unlimited influencer channels, advanced commission tiers, or automated bank payouts: 1. Return to the central ebosAi Marketplace Billing Portal. 2. Upgrade your subscription plan. 3. Your new limits and features will be automatically applied to your AMP dashboard within seconds.

4. Cancellation & Expiry

If your subscription is cancelled or expires through the central marketplace, your access to the AMP platform will be restricted. Active affiliate links may continue to function temporarily, but you will not be able to process payouts or configure new campaigns until your subscription is renewed in the marketplace.
