1. Overview

The Partner Management screen at /admin/partners provides complete operational visibility and lifecycle control over all partners currently attached to your tenant.

In ebosAi AMP's unified architecture, both admin-created strategic influencers and recruited network creators reside within the unified partner database table, distinguished by the partner_type discriminator (influencer vs affiliate).

3. Adding a Partner Directly

When engaging strategic VIP influencers or partners who do not need to discover your program through the open pool, merchant administrators can onboard them directly:

  1. Click the Add Partner button at the top right of /admin/partners.
  2. Fill out the slide-over form:
  3. Full Name: Creator or company display name (e.g., "Tech Pulse Reviews").
  4. Email Address: Contact email (must be unique within your tenant).
  5. Phone Number: Optional contact number in E.164 international format.
  6. Primary Platform & Handle: e.g., YouTube and @techpulse.
  7. Assigned Commission Tier: Select Standard, Silver, or Gold.
  8. Click Create Partner.
  9. The backend executes POST /api/v1/partners, setting partner_type = 'influencer' and status = 'active'.
  10. An automated welcome email is dispatched via Celery with portal login instructions at /partners/login.

[!TIP] To discover and recruit existing creators who have already registered on the ebosAi network, use the Partner Discovery Pool at /admin/affiliates.

Partners require unique tracking URLs to share with their audience. Administrators can generate tailored links on behalf of any partner:

  1. Navigate to the partner detail page (/admin/partners/{id}) or click the +Link action icon in the partner table.
  2. The 2-column Generate Tracking Link Modal opens:
  3. Target Product (Left Column): Select a specific product plan from your M3 Product Catalogue to route visitors directly to that checkout page and trigger product-specific commission overrides. Leaving this blank routes traffic to your primary homepage.
  4. Target Platform (Left Column): Select placement (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Newsletter, Website). Selecting a platform auto-populates suggested UTM parameters.
  5. Destination URL (Left Column): Verified landing page URL (e.g., https://merp.ebosai.com).
  6. Custom Slug (Right Column): Input an optional branded slug (e.g., merp-alex-yt) or allow the system to generate a cryptographically random 32-character string.
  7. UTM Campaign (Right Column): Optional campaign tag (e.g., q4-promo).
  8. The Live Preview Card dynamically renders the full branded URL in real-time.
  9. Click Generate Link.
  10. The system saves the link (POST /api/v1/partners/{id}/links) and provides a 1-click Copy URL button to copy https://{tracking_domain}/ref/{slug}.

5. Partner Suspension & Reactivation

5.1 Suspending a Partner (POST /api/v1/partners/{id}/suspend)

If a partner violates promotional guidelines, requests termination, or engages in fraudulent activity: 1. Click the action menu ... on the partner row and select Suspend Partner (restricted to admin role). 2. Confirm the suspension. 3. System enforcement: - Sets partner.status = 'suspended'. - Automatically disables all associated tracking links (is_active = false). - Any traffic clicking their previous referral links is redirected to the merchant homepage without recording cookies or crediting commissions. - Future login attempts to /partners/login are rejected with HTTP 403 Forbidden.

5.2 Reactivating a Partner (POST /api/v1/partners/{id}/reactivate)

To reinstate a suspended partner: 1. Select Reactivate Partner from the action menu. 2. The partner's status immediately returns to active, restoring portal login capabilities. 3. Note: Associated tracking links are not auto-reactivated to allow administrators to review campaign destinations before restoring traffic. Individual links can be enabled from the partner's detail page.
