Partner Discovery Pool & Contract Releases Admin Manual

Module: Partner Discovery Pool & Exclusivity Lifecycle (M2)

Product: ebosAi AMP
Classification: Internal — Confidential
Version: 2.2 (Unified Partner Pool & Exclusivity Lifecycle)
Last Updated: September 2026

1. Overview

The Partner Discovery Pool screen at /admin/affiliates (also accessible via /admin/applications) is the merchant's strategic talent acquisition hub.

Rather than relying solely on siloed, passive application queues, ebosAi AMP connects merchants directly to the Central Creator Network Pool (mh2603.affiliates where tenant_id = NULL). Merchant administrators (admin role) and managers (manager role) can: 1. Search and filter high-affinity content creators, influencers, and publishers across the network. 2. Review creator bios and 500-character elevator pitches ("Your intro to merchants"). 3. Generate trackable, tokenized program invitations (/partners/join?invite_token=...). 4. Review, approve, or decline Contract Release Requests submitted by exclusive partners wishing to return to the open pool.

2. Navigating the Discovery Pool Interface

Navigate to Partner Discovery Pool (/admin/affiliates or /admin/applications) in the sidebar navigation:

2.1 Live Pool Statistics

At the top of the interface, real-time KPI stat cards provide visibility into network recruitment: - Total Available Partners: Cumulative count of active, unattached creators in the open pool available for recruitment. - New Partners Today: Number of creators who registered and verified their email via OTP within the last 24 hours.

2.2 Tabs

The screen contains two primary tabs: - Discovery Pool (pool): Directory of discoverable creators across the ebosAi network. - Contract Releases (releases): Audit queue of pending contract release requests submitted by your attached exclusive partners.

3. Searching, Filtering & Recruiting Creators

Under the Discovery Pool tab, merchants can filter candidates using three granular controls:

Filter Control Options / Behaviour Purpose
Keyword Search Text input (Full name, email, handle, keywords in intro pitch). Find creators in specific niches (e.g., "SaaS", "accounting", "e-commerce").
Partner Type All Types, Influencer / Creator, Affiliate / Publisher. Differentiate between video/social creators and content/review publishers.
Social Platform All Platforms, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X / Twitter, LinkedIn, Blog / Website, Other. Target specific channel distributions.

3.1 Creator Profile Cards & Table Columns

Each creator row displays: - Creator Details: Full display name, contact email, primary platform badge, and verified handle (e.g., @janereviews). - Partner Type: Visual badge: Influencer (purple) or Affiliate (blue). - Elevator Pitch ("Your intro to merchants"): Up to 500 characters highlighting the creator's niche, monthly impressions, and audience demographic. - Partnership Preference: - Multi-Brand Freedom (emerald badge): Open to promoting multiple software vendors concurrently. - Exclusive Partnership (amber badge): Seeking dedicated, brand-exclusive commercial relationships.

4. Issuing Program Invitations

To recruit a creator from the discovery pool into your merchant programme:

  1. Click the Invite to Program button on the creator's row.
  2. In the invitation modal:
  3. Review candidate details.
  4. Personalized Message (Optional): Enter a welcoming introduction or program pitch (e.g., "We loved your recent video on productivity tools and would love to partner with you for our MicroERP launch with a 25% recurring commission rate").
  5. Click Generate Invite Link.
  6. The system executes POST /api/v1/partners/pool/{affiliate_id}/invite, generating a secure, time-limited invitation URL:
    https://amp.ebosai.com/partners/join?invite_token=inv_9876543210abcdef&tenant=your-tenant-slug

  7. Click Copy Link to share the URL directly with the creator via email, LinkedIn, or social direct message.

What Happens When the Creator Accepts:

  • The creator visits /partners/join and clicks Accept Invitation.
  • The system executes POST /api/v1/partners/pool/accept-invite.
  • The partner record is formally attached to your tenant (tenant_id set to your tenant UUID, is_engaged = true).
  • The partner now appears in your Partners table (/admin/partners).
  • If the partner is exclusive (is_exclusive = true), their profile is automatically hidden from discovery pool searches by other merchants.

5. Managing Contract Release Requests

When an exclusive partner wishes to terminate their exclusivity agreement (for example, upon contract expiration or transitioning to a multi-brand content model), they submit a Contract Release Request from their portal.

5.1 Reviewing Requests

  1. Navigate to the Contract Releases tab at /admin/affiliates.
  2. A numeric badge indicates the count of pending requests requiring review.
  3. Review the request details:
  4. Partner Name & Email
  5. Primary Platform & Handle
  6. Request Timestamp
  7. Mandatory Reason for Release: Detailed statement submitted by the creator explaining their request.

5.2 Approving a Contract Release

  1. Click Approve Release on the pending request row.
  2. Confirm the action in the safety dialog.
  3. The system executes POST /api/v1/partners/exclusivity/review-release with action: "approve".
  4. Automated system actions:
  5. Sets is_engaged = false and clears tenant_id (sets to NULL).
  6. Resets exclusivity_release_status = "approved".
  7. The creator returns to the open network pool where they can once again browse network products or accept new merchant invitations.
  8. A confirmation notification is dispatched to the creator.

5.3 Declining a Contract Release

  1. Click Decline Release on the pending request row.
  2. Enter an optional administrative review note (e.g., "Current contract term active through December 31; please reach out to your partner manager to discuss early transition").
  3. Confirm the action.
  4. The system executes POST /api/v1/partners/exclusivity/review-release with action: "decline".
  5. The creator remains attached under their exclusive terms, and the explanation note is displayed in their portal.
