Module 06: CRM (Customer Relationship Management)

The CRM module (/crm/*) empowers sales teams to track lead capture, manage interactive Kanban pipelines, estimate deal probability, and convert won opportunities directly into commercial sales documents.

🎯 Core Capabilities

1. CRM Dashboard (/crm/dashboard)

  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Total Active Leads, Total Pipeline Value (AED), Win Rate Percentage (%), Average Sales Cycle Duration (Days), and Revenue Forecast by Close Date.
  • Lead distribution chart by source channel (Website, WhatsApp, Referral, Trade Show).

2. Leads Management (/crm/leads)

  • Lead Capture: Record prospect company name, contact person, email, phone number, estimated deal value, expected close date, and assigned sales representative.
  • Activity Log Modal: Track interactions (Calls, Meetings, Emails, Demo Sessions) with timestamped notes.

3. Interactive Sales Pipeline (/crm/pipeline)

  • Kanban Deal Stages:
  • Qualification: Initial contact and requirement assessment (Probability: 20%).
  • Proposal Sent: Commercial quote or quotation submitted (Probability: 50%).
  • Negotiation: Terms, pricing, and contract discussion (Probability: 80%).
  • Won: Deal closed successfully (Probability: 100%).
  • Lost: Deal lost with mandatory loss reason entry (Price Too High, Competitor Won, Project Cancelled).
  • Drag-and-Drop Workflow: Move deal cards seamlessly between Kanban columns. Stage probability auto-updates expected revenue forecasts.

4. One-Click Deal Conversion

  • When a lead is dragged to Won, a modal prompts the user to convert the opportunity into a formal Sales Order or Sales Quotation, automatically transferring customer metadata, project tag, and line item details without re-entry.
